Here is an overall photo of the curve at West Wye on the CP here in La Crosse. The CP Road Switch power ties up on the lead that serves a chemical company, the coal train is on the main, the track next to it is the Industrial Lead (goes into the CP yard) and the building serves as home for maint. and road switch crews. This was the location of the Milwaukee Road roundhouse. Train #882 rolls into La Crosse shortly after the #884. |
